The new Production Regulation of Culatello di Zibello DOP is now in force.

The Consortium is glad to announce that in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic N. 43 of February 21, 2025, the final approval decree of the Culatello di Zibello DOP Production Regulations has been published.

This is a fundamental step for the protection and enhancement of one of the most valuable and recognized products of the Italian gastronomic tradition.

Our specification is officially in force and represents a significant milestone, which aims to further strengthen the protection of the quality of our product and the control of the authenticity and origin of the production chain.
